3. Active Job Seeker Profile & Employer Recommendation
When a Job Seeker keeps their Profile in Active/Open to Work Mode, IDB Jobs may use relevant information from the Job Seeker's Profile to match them with suitable Jobs and Employers.
If a Job Seeker's Profile matches the requirements of a particular Job, IDB Jobs may suggest or recommend that Candidate to the relevant Employer or Recruiting Company, even if the Candidate has not directly applied for that Job.
The information used for matching and recommendation may include the Candidate's skills, education, work experience, job category, preferred location, expected salary, and other relevant professional information provided by the Candidate.
Being suggested or recommended to an Employer does not guarantee a job, interview, or selection. The final decision regarding shortlisting, interview, and recruitment remains solely with the relevant Employer.
If a Job Seeker changes their Profile to Inactive/Hidden Mode, IDB Jobs will stop making new Employer Recommendations based on the Active Profile, where applicable.
4. Sharing Information with Employers
When you apply for a Job through IDB Jobs, the relevant Employer may be able to view your Application and relevant CV/Profile information.
If your Profile is visible to Employers, authorized Employers may be able to view your relevant professional information and contact you regarding employment opportunities.
5. Information Security
IDB Jobs takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, IDB Jobs cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

IDB Jobs may use third-party service providers for services such as:
