Candidates and Companies must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Creating fake accounts, using false information, or impersonating another person or organization is prohibited.
2. Candidate Profile & CV
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, CV, education, experience, skills, and other information. Using an IDBJobs CV Template or Quick/1-Click Application does not guarantee employment.
3. Job Posting
Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings are genuine, accurate, lawful, and properly authorized. IDBJobs reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job posting.
4. Verified Company & IDB Job ID
A Verified Profile, Verified Company, or IDB Job ID indicates that certain information has been verified according to IDBJobs' verification process. Verification does not guarantee employment, salary, business performance, or future conduct of any individual or organization.
5. Job Applications & Interviews
Submitting an application or receiving an interview invitation does not guarantee employment. The final decision regarding interviews, selection, salary, job offers, and employment rests solely with the respective employer.
6. Fake Jobs & Recruitment Fraud
Fake jobs, fraudulent recruitment, misleading job advertisements, or requesting unauthorized fees from candidates are strictly prohibited.
Employers must not charge candidates any unauthorized registration fee, processing fee, interview fee, security deposit, or similar payment for recruitment.
7. Financial Transactions
Candidates should not make personal financial transactions with employers in connection with employment unless they have independently verified the legitimacy of the transaction.
IDBJobs shall not be responsible for financial transactions, fraud, or losses occurring outside the IDBJobs platform.
8. Personal Information
Information provided by candidates, including CV and professional information, may be shared with relevant employers for recruitment purposes when the candidate applies for a job or otherwise authorizes such access.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the IDBJobs Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use IDBJobs for fraud, spam, hacking, unauthorized data collection/scraping, impersonation, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
10. Service & Liability
IDBJobs provides an online platform for communication between job seekers and employers. IDBJobs does not guarantee the accuracy of every job listing or candidate profile, nor does it guarantee employment, interviews, or recruitment outcomes.
IDBJobs will not be liable for losses caused by technical problems, server failures, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
IDBJobs may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or remove any job posting if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, posts fraudulent jobs, or misuses the platform.
12. Intellectual Property
The IDBJobs name, logo, website design, content, software, database, graphics, and other original materials are the property of IDBJobs or their respective owners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
13. Changes to Terms
IDBJobs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective when published on the website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
